KINDS OF FALCONS:

1. Saker Falcon ( Falco Cherrug ) :
The name is from the Arabic naming of a falcon this kind is an ideal specimen of beauty and the competent hunter. It lives in Northern Asia for most of the year and migrates to east India and North Africa in winter. The female is larger than the male but both are efficient hunters

2. Peregrine Falcon ( Falco Peregrinus ) :
In Europe, it is widely used in hunting next to Goshawk. It was almost extinct in mid of this century by the partridge and other bird's owners by the use of DDT. There are 17 different kind of peregrine falcons. Hunters prefer it because of its enormous speed, which can reach a diving speed of 200km/h, which no other creature can compare to.

3. Gyr Falcon ( Falco Rusticolus ) :
It's the largest and heaviest of all falcons. Takes refuge in some of coldest places on earth its used to be preferred in ancient times but falconers now a days are disappointed with it, the reason being the fact it was brought up in captivity. Its unique in that it doesn't dive down on its pray but rather sweep fast and close to the surface because the kind of pray it hunt for are birds that can't fly high. Falconers set it aside from their other falcons because of it got size as an advantage and dose use it against the other falcons.
